RYAN P. KINAHAN, ASA

Mr. Kinahan has ten years experience in the valuation of tangible fixed assets. He began his career
for a major international valuation firm based in New York City where he worked for some of the
largest publicly traded, PD, and private companies in the world. While in New York, the majority of
his work was for purchase price allocation, tax, and goodwill impairment purposes. As part of a
move to Perth, Australia, Mr. Kinahan worked for a family owned valuation and asset management
company. During this time he worked on more insurance, litigation, equitable dissolution, and
financing engagements.
Over the course of his career Mr. Kinahan has performed valuations in almost every conceivable
industry, including: mining, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, chemicals and gas including refineries,
network and internet services, print and online media, industrial products, consumer products,
agricultural, food and food processing, packaging, hospitality, construction, engineering, steel and
metal products, energy and utilities, defense, aviation, boating, automative, and
telecommunications.
Mr. Kinahan travels passionately for work and leisure, having valued assets across 6 continents in
35 countries and 45 U.S. states. He speaks Spanish fluently, has limited working proficiency in
Portuguese, and studed abroad at a leading South American Business School: Universidad Del
Pacifico. He has lead site visits and directed valuation throughout the Spanish speaking world.
