LAWRENCE (LARRY) C. LEDUC, AEA Certified Equipment Appraiser PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS Mr. LeDuc is a Certified Equipment Appraiser and a member in good standing of the Association of Machinery and Equipment Appraisers (AMEA). He has appraised many types of mineral processing and mining equipment and consulted on the logistics of removing and transporting this type of equipment. His experience includes selling and buying mineral processing and mining related equipment for over 30 years. Mr. LeDuc has been involved in the dismantling and transportation of mineral processing and mining equipment. He speaks English and French fluently, as well as Spanish at an intermediate level. He has evaluated equipment throughout North America, Mexico, Bolivia, and the Caribbean. Mr. LeDuc is the founder of Black Canoe Consulting and owner of its sister company CJT Surplus Equipment. Black Canoe helps companies determine the potential value of their machinery and equipment assets, primarily in the mineral processing industry. CJT Surplus specializes in providing used mineral, chemical and industrial process equipment to companies around the world. In addition they liquidate whole plants and evaluate surplus equipment.
