ASSURE PROPERTY / CASUALTY INSURANCE AMOUNT CORRECT. PROPER AMOUNT OF
COVERAGE, NOT TOO MUCH OR TOO LITTLE (CO-INSURANCE PENALTY AVOIDANCE).
3.
BE PERPETUALLY PREPARED TO PROVE A LOSS SHOULD ONE OCCUR. THE FIXED ASSET
RECORD IS NOT SUFFICIENT IN THIS REGARD.
4.
BE PERPETUALLY PREPARED TO DEVELOP STATEMENT OF VALUES AND INSURANCE RELATED
ASSET LISTING.

1.
FIXED ASSET RECORD “CLEANED” SO PROPERTY TAX RENDITION NOT OVERSTATED, TAXABLE
AMOUNT CALCULATED WITH ASSESSOR FACTORS APPLIED.
2.
BASED UPON PHYSICAL APPRAISAL THE PROPERTY TAX RENDITION AMOUNT ALSO IS
CALCULATED, THEREBY HAVING TWO DATA POINTS FOR THE ASSESSOR.
3.
PHYSICAL APPRAISAL OF INSURANCE “BUILDNGS AND CONTENTS” PREPARED.
