BE PERPETUALLY PREPARED TO PROVE A LOSS SHOULD ONE OCCUR.  THE FIXED ASSET RECORD IS NOT SUFFICIENT IN THIS REGARD. 4. BE PERPETUALLY PREPARED TO DEVELOP STATEMENT OF VALUES AND INSURANCE RELATED ASSET LISTING. HOW COMPLETED: 1. FIXED ASSET RECORD “CLEANED” SO PROPERTY TAX RENDITION NOT OVERSTATED, TAXABLE AMOUNT CALCULATED WITH ASSESSOR FACTORS APPLIED. 2. BASED UPON PHYSICAL APPRAISAL THE PROPERTY TAX RENDITION AMOUNT ALSO IS CALCULATED, THEREBY HAVING TWO DATA POINTS FOR THE ASSESSOR. 3. PHYSICAL APPRAISAL OF INSURANCE “BUILDNGS AND CONTENTS” PREPARED. BY WHOM: PROFESSIONAL MULTI-DISCIPLINED APPRAISER WITH 45+ YEARS EXPERIENCE WHEN: OVER NEXT 45-60 DAYS OR OTHERWISE AS AGREED HOW MUCH: FEE TIME AND/OR SQUARE FOOTAGE BASED.  FIXED ASSET RECORD AND/OR DISCUSSIONS WARRANTED. NOTE: DEPENDING UPON HOW GOOD YOUR CURRENT PROPERTY TAX REPORTING, THE RELATED ASSESSMENT SAVINGS MAY PAY A PORTION THEREOF, COMPLETELY, OR EXCEED THE COST OF THESE SERVICES.  THE PROPERTY TAX SAVINGS ARE REALIZED “FOREVER”.
